As a former baseball player at Clemson University and in the Texas Rangers system, Patrick Boyd understands the game, team structures and player needs — all of which uniquely inform his expertise in developing housing programs for professional organizations in need of solutions for players and staff. With Pro Housing, he has built a company founded on experience, driven by excellence and accountability, and dedicated to premium service.

Our Beginning

Pro Housing got its start in the dugout. After finishing a professional baseball career, with time spent in the Texas Rangers system, Patrick Boyd formed Pro Housing in 2006 with a clear understanding of the challenges associated with player housing — leading to solutions designed to meet the needs of every organization.

What began by meeting the temporary housing needs of one major league organization has evolved over nearly two decades to purchasing and managing several communities as well as designing and building others for multiple Major League organizations. As an established industry leader in MLB housing, Pro Housing extended its expertise to offer convenient, extended-stay, corporate housing solutions.
