The first ever privately developed MLB (Major League Baseball) baseball housing facility, called The Clubhouse, opened in 2019 by the master developer Pro Housing and Boyd Communities in partnership with the Cleveland Guardians organization. Named the Clubhouse to symbolize a baseball team’s primary space to prepare for the game ahead. The housing facility is used in the same capacity to recharge and relax for the next day of competition.

1.97-acre site that includes a total of 41 units. 5 of the 41 units are reserved for staff, with the remaining 36 units reserved for Players. At full capacity, the facility can sleep up to 152 people. The common area amenities are a highlight at the Clubhouse providing a Players’ Lounge, Nutrition Station, Conference space, Classroom, Barbershop, Pool and Grill area, and extensive Outdoor Patio space.

The Clubhouse is located directly adjacent to the team’s field complex.

A state-of-the-art nutrition station keeps players fueled.

Pool tables and TVs finish a lounge designed specifically for players.

The Clubhouse includes several gathering spaces for players and coaches.

Conference rooms offer professional settings for team meetings.
